Please let us know about any work you perform on WODC Trails.  This information will help us plan future trail projects, as well as detailing the Club's work for our partner organizations.  (It also lets you qualify for a free WMNF Parking Permit.)  Your reports do matter!

Please include the following information:
            Names of each participant
            Date(s) when trail work was performed
            Trail(s) worked on, and/or hiked
            Work done including approximate location
            Total hours on the trail(s)
            Any other information about the work done, or left undone, or the condition of trails
            Attach photos as needed
