Founding Documents

The WODC is governed by the following documents:

	WODC Constitution (Regarding Purposes, Membership, Officers, Meetings, Property)
	WODC Bylaws (Regarding Membership List, Fiscal Year and Dues, Meetings, Reports, Committees)
	Articles of Agreement (Incorporation)

These documents are periodically amended by the membership, as required to better serve the goals and needs of the WODC.
